We offer refunds on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for most items if you change your mind. However, please note that items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@littledreams.co.za / 078 460 0914 within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process, which may include providing photos or a description of the issue.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for a return or exchange.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 7 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Customized or personalized furniture
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we can assist you in making the switch. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options and ensure availability.

6. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For other returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
